Cloud Services

With increasing focus on sustainability, every C-suite today is being forced to consider the triple bottom line; People, Planet, Profits.

Cloud infrastructures support environmental proactivity, powering virtual services rather than physical products and hardware, and cutting down on paper waste, improving energy efficiencies, reducing whole of life product environmental impacts and (given that it allows employees access from anywhere with an internet connection) reducing commuter-related emissions.

Consider revolutionizing the way your business is run by taking advantage of innovative cloud computing services and solutions. Escape the limitations of owning server infrastructure and join the growing business community choosing to rent offsite cloud infrastructure. Invest in hardware that never becomes obsolete whilst leveraging of the many advantages of mobility, centralised management, OPEX expenditure and scalable storage, compute and security functions.

BOLDtech offers customers a range of Cloud Infrastructure Solutions that can be customized to suit your specific needs and integrated into your existing legacy frameworks. We provide cloud based solutions through our partner channels which are best of breed, include Ozhosting and Microsoft Azure both of which provide high 99.9 availability and dedicated 24/7 support teams to ensure peace of mind.

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) is a form of cloud computing that provides virtualized computing components (Virtual servers with CPU, memory, storage, network access, etc.) over the Internet.

The IaaS offering doesn't require administration of the physical cloud infrastructure but does has control over operating systems, storage, and deployed applications. One example is a VPS or Virtual Private Server running a management platfom such as Plesk which can host and administer either Windows or Linux Servers which can in turn host applications such as IIS and Apache to deliver websites or webapps.

Platform as a Service (PaaS)

Platform as a Service (PaaS) is the next level up in the cloud services pyramid. This computing delivers development/operating environments as a service. It includes set of tools and services designed to make coding and deploying the applications quickly and efficiently.

A PaaS provider hosts the hardware and software on its own infrastructure. As a result, PaaS frees users from having to install and manage in-house hardware and software to develop or run a new application. Examples include; Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and Cloud Foundry

Software as a Service (SaaS)

In the SaaS paradigm, the customer is given access to the provider’s hosted applications running on cloud infrastructure. The applications are accessible from various client devices through either a thin client interface, such as a web browser (e.g., web-based Web-based emails), a programming interface and more recently, mobile devices.

SaaS offerings are the most widely visible of all the cloud computing service models. Popular products like Google’s G Suite, Microsoft’s Office 365, Zendesk, Slack and Salesforce are all examples of SaaS offerings used by thousands of businesses every day.
